We are looking for an experienced Training Developer to join our team and be a part of making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. As a Training Developer, you will use your knowledge of tech tools and adult learning principles to design and develop practical training materials that suit the needs of diverse users. You will also provide effective classroom and virtual facilitation of training for individuals who administer Child Welfare related programs.
The ideal candidate should have experience developing, modifying, and maintaining Captivate, Camtasia, Word templates, scripts and PowerPoint presentations for instruction of adult learners as well as revising existing training materials. You should also be comfortable working with SharePoint. As this role requires travel up to 75% you must be willing to work in various locations including client sites across the state.
