Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Business Project Coordinator to help lead the journey of executing our client's strategic plans.  The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering multiple large complex projects on time, in scope and within budget along with experience creating detailed roadmaps for the program. They must have objective decision-making abilities that align with strategic objectives, be highly proficient in business performance analysis and resource availability as well as risk management techniques. In addition strong supervision skills are essential alongside outstanding organizational capability, interpersonal sensitivity and excellent written & verbal communication capabilities including presentation/training design competencies; knowledge of MS Office applications is also required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating operations and maintenance related to key Data Office projects with the client's Applications Support teams, vendors and other external entities. You will also handle all aspects of project management including scope control, resource allocation/scheduling, budget adherence; quality assurance; communication among internal divisions and third-parties as well as risk mitigation strategies. Finally your expertise in managing complexity within these initiatives is critical ensuring successful completion on time delivery of each secure project goal across multiple divisions while maintaining high standards of security compliance.

Highly Preferred Experience/Skills:

Professional experience in data and analytics, working with State and Local Government on Health and Human Services programs is highly sought after. Those who have such expertise are welcome to apply for this position!
