Greensboro Staffing Consultants is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, user centered Salesforce and integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day Salesforce administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Design, build, test, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, flows, and integrations
- Turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build and support integrations with external systems to ensure smooth data flow
- Manage deployments, environments, user access, security, and large data loads
- Resolve system issues, improve performance, and support ongoing enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, technical leads, and project managers
Required Skills
- Strong hands on experience in Salesforce administration and development
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, APIs, data modeling, security, workflows, and automation
- Experience building enterprise integrations
- Ability to design, document, and deliver complex solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience supporting large enterprise or statewide systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, or App Builder
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience in public sector or healthcare related systems
